If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

3.1) Information You Provide

- Customer support content: messages you send to customer support and related information you choose to provide.
- Route-related content you create: notes, titles, and other information you add to your walking entries.
- Photos you upload or attach to a walking entry (and any metadata included in the file, if present).
3.2) Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, app version, and similar technical identifiers.
- Usage data / analytics: in-app interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data: error reports and related technical information to help us fix bugs and improve reliability.
3.3) Location Information (With Your Permission)
If you grant permission, we may collect and process precise location (GPS-level) or approximate location (e.g., derived from network signals) to enable route logging and related walking features. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.
3.4) Cookies and Similar Technologies (For Web Features, If Any)
If the Service includes web-based components (e.g., an embedded web view or web portal), we may use cookies and similar technologies (including possible web beacons) for login/session management, remembering preferences, and basic analytics and security. 4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
- No facial recognition: We do not perform facial recognition.
- No biometric identifiers/templates: We do not collect or create biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
- Purpose limitation: Photos are used to provide the feature you requested (e.g., attaching memories to a walk).
- Default storage: Where supported, photos are stored locally on your device by default unless you choose to upload them for a feature you request.
- No training/marketing: We do not use your photos for training machine-learning models or for marketing.
4.1) Optional AI-Assisted Processing (Only If You Choose to Use Such Features)
Some features may optionally use automated or AI-assisted processing (for example, generating a summary text from your notes, or creating a stylized memory card). If you choose to use such a feature:
- Processing location: any uploaded image(s) or text is processed on servers controlled by VixoraRise Team.
- No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share the uploaded content with any third party for the purpose of performing the processing.
- Deletion: we delete the uploaded content from our processing systems immediately after the requested processing is completed (or within a short time needed to deliver results), unless you choose to save the result.
- Your control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to generate content. If you do not use the feature, no upload for that feature occurs.
- No model training: we do not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train models.
5) How We Use Information (Purposes)
- Provide and maintain the Service (account creation, login, route logging, badges, monthly summary cards).
- Personalize your experience (preferences and settings).
- Improve the Service (analytics, debugging, product improvement).
- Keep the Service safe and secure (fraud prevention, abuse detection, access controls).
- Provide customer support (responding to inquiries and troubleshooting).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

- Deletion after account closure: after you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days.
- Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
- Support communications: retained for up to 6 months.
- Temporary processing uploads (if any): deleted immediately after the requested processing is completed (see Section 4.1).

If you download the app from a third-party platform (such as Apple’s App Store), that platform may collect certain information independently. Their data practices are governed by their own policies.
